It is always amazing to us what you can find to eat within yards of where you live. It’s called foraging and it’s all about digging around in the undergrowth to find tasty free food!.
Last week we had the wonderful Liz Knight – champion forager – to help guide us and a merry band of bar tenders through the wonders of what you can use to add extra ooomph to your food.
The result was a bizarre and hugely pretty array of drinkable concoctions for them and some really interesting and amazingly successful concoctions for us. Ever tried adding meadow sweet and camomile to your ice creams or honeysuckle flowers and tarragon to vodka infused lemon drizzle cake?
Yowza!!
